During the workshop we will learn to recognize, observe and welcome with kindness and non-judgment the emotions that naturally and involuntarily arise in us, as human beings.
We will dedicate ourselves to the awareness of the body as a "inhabited place" in which emotions spontaneously emerge, and we will learn how feeling can be far more curative and soothing than thinking.
