We invite you to accompany your dog to discover and express their hidden artistic talent, inspired by Leonardo. In the beautiful location of the Conventino, your furry friend will put into action paint brushes to create their own art.
You will also have the opportunity to see, try and order necklaces, bracelets, and pins depicting your four legged friend and have them personalized with their name.
Godmothers of the event, Georgette Jupe-Pradier and her marvelous Beagle GINGER!
Dogs up to a maximum weight of 12kg can participate as artists.
Dedicated to Leonardo Da Vinci this Installation of “Arte Cinetica” made up of tapis roulant, connected by mechanisms to an antiquated stationary bike, in effect an Automated Painting Machine studied for the Vetruvian Dog: providing your four legged friends with artistic dignity… as they create a masterpiece by walking on the treadmill which in turn move the wheel of the antique stationary bicycle to which paint brushes have been attached to thus create the base of the painting. An inscription from Leonardo and themes from our contemporary life will appear thru the technique of Batik before the composition is signed with your dogs footprint.

Invitiamo voi e il vostro cane che ispirandosi a Leonardo potrà esprimere il suo talento pittorico nascosto. Nei bellissimi spazi del Conventino il 4 Dicembre dalle 18.30, il vostro amico peloso azionerà infatti dei pennelli con i quali farà arte con le proprie zampe.
Potrete anche vedere, provare e ordinare Collane, bracciali e spille che ritraggono il vostro amico a quattro zampe e personalizzarli con il suo nome.

Dedicata a Leonardo Da Vinci, questa Installazione di Arte Cinetica, composta da un tapis roulant collegato attraverso dei meccanismi ad un a antichissima cyclette, è in effetti una macchina per la Pittura automatica studiata per il Cane Vitruviano: con una sorta di Frottage ( non esiste l’intenzionalità del dipingere), consegna al nostro amico a 4 zampe una dignità artistica…lei o lui infatti camminando sul tapis roulant muovono la ruota di una antica cyclette sulla quale i pennelli sopra applicati creano le basi di un dipinto. Una scritta, che ho precedentemente colata a cera con la tecnica del Batik, riporta ai concetti espressi da Leonardo ed anche a temi del nostro vivere contemporaneo; questa viene riportata alla luce togliendo la cera con il calore! L’opera è finalmente poi firmata dalla zampa del nostro amico a 4 zampe!!
